针对传统商务环境中煤炭供应链存在的弊端,指出煤炭供应链创新的必然选择是实施电子商务,分析电子商务模式下煤炭供应链各环节成本/效益的变化,构建了基于电子商务的煤炭供应链创新策略模型,通过模型求解,得出煤炭供应链进行电子商务创新的最优策略:以煤炭洗选加工企业为主体,协同煤炭开采企业、煤炭用户企业共同构建综合电子商务平台,实现煤炭供应的信息化管理,降低煤炭供应成本,提高煤炭供应效率。

Game Analysis of Parties Involved in Coal E-Business

This paper analyzes the three models of the development of e-business in coal industry,explores the interests and cost structure of the parties involved in coal e-business in different modes,establishes a strategic game model for the parties involved in coal e-business,and obtains Nash equilibrium solution,therefore obtains the best model of e-business development of coal,which is coal mining enterprises,coal washing and processing enterprises,coal user enterprises developing collaborative e-business,and building an integrated e-business trading system.
