摘    要:现代交流调速技术因其优越的性能和日益成熟的技术在包括门机在内的电力传动系统中普及。根据安全可靠和运行速度平滑原则,提出了基于PLC控制结构的起重机变频调速系统,对PLC、变频器及制动单元进行了设计说明,并给出系统软件设计流程图。该系统投入后,运行正常,达到设计目的。系统设计具有通用性,对起重机交流调速系统设计具有参考价值。

Abstract:Modern control system of AC motors is grajually prevalent in electrical drives include of crane because of its remarkable performance and mature technology.According to the rule of safety and smoothly changed speed,a variable frequency speed adjustable system of crane based on S7-300 PLC was proposed.The design of PLC,converter and its braking unit was illustrated.The flow chart of PLC software was presented.The designed system is running inerrable and achieves the desing purpose.The system is typical and i...
