摘    要:介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司上海高桥分公司炼油事业部,在汽柴油质量由满足国Ⅱ排放标准升级到满足国Ⅳ排放标准的清洁燃料升级进程中,采取的技术改造和氢气资源优化利用措施:将原油加工路线由“延迟焦化+催化裂化”过渡到“延迟焦化+催化裂化+加氢裂化”,增加催化裂化原料预加氢装置和催化裂化汽油吸附脱硫S-Zorb装置,以及回收富氢气体中氢的膜分离装置,并对氢气资源的利用进行优化。重整氢气的综合利用,制氢装置原料的气体化,富氢气体的综合利用等措施的实施使氢气资源得到有效利用,制氢装置制氢成本大为降低。

Abstract:In the process of upgrading gasoline and diesel from Guo Ⅱ emission standard to Guo Ⅳ emission standard to produce clean fuels, SINOPEC Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Co. , Ltd has revamped its process units and optimized the utilization of hydrogen resources. The refinery process configuration is expanded from "delayed coking + FCC" to "delayed coking + FCC + hydrocracking". In addition, the FCCU feed treatment unit, S-Zorb unit for FCC gasoline and membrane separation unit for recovery of hydrogen from richhydrogen gas are installed. The hydrogen resources are optimized and efficiently utilized and the hydrogen generation cost is greatly reduced.
