复配絮凝剂体系处理油田污水实验研究

摘    要:通过对3种LH系列有机絮凝剂和2种无机絮凝剂进行絮凝效果比较,选出浓度50 mg/L有机絮凝剂LH-3和浓度40 mg/L无机絮凝剂聚氯化铝为单一絮凝剂最佳品种,处理后的污水透光率分别为85.4%和62.8%,将两者组成复配絮凝剂体系后,经絮凝处理后的污水透光率达到93.9%.考察了污水pH值、温度及沉降时间对复配絮凝剂体系絮凝效果的影响.结果表明,在污水pH值6~10、污水温度40~60℃及沉降时间较长条件下,经复配絮凝剂处理后污水的透光率最好.复配絮凝剂体系对孤东油田5口井的采出污水絮凝处理后透光率均在90%左右.

Abstract:Organic flocculant LH-3 with the concentration of 50 mg/L and inorganic flocculant polyaluminium chloride(PAC) with the concentration of 40 mg/L were respectively selected as the best flocculants after comparing the flocculanting performances of three LH organic flocculants and two inorganic flocculants.The light transmittances of waste water were 85.4% and 62.8% respectively when LH-3 and PAC were used to dispose oilfield waste water.The light transmittance of waste water could reach 93.9% when they were compounded to form the flocculant system.Some influencing factors such as pH value,temperature and settling time which could affect the flocculanting performance of compounded flocculant system were investigated.The experimental results showed that the light transmittance of oilfield waste water which was disposed by using compounded flocculant system was the best when pH value of waste water was 6-10,temperature of waste water was 40-60 ℃ and the settling time was longer.After being disposed by the compounded flocculant system,the light transmittances of five waste water samples which were gotten from oil wells of Gudong Oilfield were all about 90%.
