N-酰基乙二胺二乙酸钠的合成与性能研究

摘    要:以脂肪酸甲酯、乙二胺、氯乙酸钠为原料合成了N-酰基乙二胺二乙酸钠。用单因素优化法研究了影响反应的因素,N-十二酰基乙二胺的优化反应条件为:n(月桂酸甲酯)∶n(甲醇钠)∶n(乙二胺)=1∶0.08∶8,反应温度90℃,反应时间7h;N-十二酰基乙二胺二乙酸钠的优化反应条件为:n(N-十二酰基乙二胺)∶n(氯乙酸钠)=1∶2.5,反应温度75℃,反应时间8h,pH=8~9,收率86.45%。研究表明,N-十二酰基乙二胺二乙酸钠具有良好的表面活性和螯合能力。

Abstract:Disodium N-acyl ethylenediamine diacetate was synthesized by reactions of methyl laurate,ethylenediamine and sodium chloacetate.With the single factor optimization method to study the influence factors of the reaction,the optimal synthesis conditions for N-lauroyl ethylenediamine were found as follows: n(methyl laurate)∶n(sodium methoxide)∶n(ethylenediamine)=1∶0.08∶8,reaction temperature 90 ℃ and reaction time 7 h.The optimal synthesis conditions for disodium N-lauroyl ethylenediamine diacetate were found as follows: n(N-lauroyl ethylenediamine)∶n(sodium chloroacetate)=1∶2.5,reaction temperature 75 ℃,reaction time 8 h,and pH=8-9,with the yield of 86.45%.Performance study indicates that disodium N-acyl ethylenediamine diacetate has good surface activity and certain chelating ability.
