对氯苯丙酮的合成研究

摘    要:在催化剂存在下,以对氯苯甲酸和丙酸为原料合成对氯苯丙酮,考察了缩合反应温度、反应时间、原料配比和催化剂用量等条件对合成反应的影响,确定了最佳操作条件:缩合反应温度140℃,缩合反应时间8h,脱羧反应温度280℃,脱羧反应时间1.5h,n(丙酸)∶n(对氯苯甲酸)=0.45∶0.1,催化剂用量为2g(对氯苯甲酸用量为0.1 mol时).在此条件下,对氯苯丙酮的收率可达到85.68%以上,产品纯度达到99.0%以上.

Abstract:p -Chloropropiophenone was synthesized with para- chlorobenzoic acid and propanoic acid as the materials in the presence of catalyst, and the effect of condensation reaction temperature, reaction time, ratio of materials and catalyst usage, etc. on the synthetic reaction. Optimum operation conditions were identi- fied: condensation reaction temperature is 140 ~C, condensation reaction time is 8 h, decarboxylation reaction temperature is 280 ~C, decarboxylation reaction time is 1.5 h, n ( propanoic acid) : n ( para - chlorobenzoic acid) is 0.45: 0.1, and catalyst usage is 2 g when the usage of para - chlorobenzoic acid is 0.1 tool. The yield ofp -chloropropiophenone can be as high as 85.68% or more at such conditions with the purity of prod- uct higher than 99.0%.
