摘    要:以丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为亲水单体,丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为亲油单体,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,80℃下乳液聚合法合成了丙烯酸类非聚醚型共聚破乳剂。考察了不同乳化剂对合成产物稳定性的影响,对引发剂用量、水用量以及单体配比对产物Mn和破乳效果的影响进行了研究,并对产物进行了红外检测分析。结果表明:采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与OP-10复合乳化剂得到的乳液稳定性好,最佳用量为1.2g,引发剂用量为0.25g、水用量为50g、单体总量为20g、单体配比m(BA)∶m(MMA)∶m(MAA)∶m(AA)=12∶4∶0.5∶1.25,所得固体产物Mn大,分布指数小,破乳脱水效果最佳。在破乳温度为75℃、加药量为300mg/L的条件下,脱水率可达93.50%。

Abstract:A non-polyether demulsifier of the kind of acrylate copolymer was synthesized at 80℃ by latex method with acrylic acid(AA) and methyl acrylic acid(MAA) as hydrosoluble monomer,butyl acrylate(BuAc) and methyl methacrylate(MMA) as oleophilic monomer,and KPS as initiator.The influence of the different emulsifiers on the stability of the demulsifier was investigated.The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: using SDS and OP-10 as emulsifiers,with 1.2 g or 0.25 g initiator,50 g water,20 g monomer,m(BA)∶m(MMA)∶m(MAA)∶m(AA) = 12∶4∶0.5∶1.25.When the demulsification temperature was 75 ℃ and the dosage of the demulsifier was 300 mg/L,the dehydration rate reached up to 93.50%.
