RE—Ca对ZG35CrMo铸钢塑韧性的影响

摘    要:用光学、扫描电子显微镜、X-射线衍射和电子探针微区分析了ZG35CrMo铸钢的显微组织、非金属夹杂物和断口形貌。试验结果表明,ZG35CrMo铸钢经适量RE-Ca处理,可消除魏氏组织,细化晶粒,钢中夹杂物由多角状变为球状,其数量减少,分布均匀,明显提高了铸钢的塑韧性和强度。

Abstract:The mierostructure , non-metallic inclusion and fracture morphology of cast steel ZG35CrMo has been studied using optical and scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction and electron micdroprobe analysis technique. The test results showed that with adding moderate RE-Ca in cast steel ZG35CrMo, the Widmannstatten structure in steel was elithenated, the grains of cast steel were refined and the non-metallic inclusions maied from polygon to spheroid, of which theamount decreased and the distribution was homogeneous, as a result the plasticity-toughness of the cast steel increased obviously.
