20MnSiNb钢的显微组织及其对屈服行为的影响

摘    要:采用金相组织观察和透射电子显微分析等手段,研究了20MnSiNb钢的显微组织对屈服行为的影响及添加微合金元素铌对其产生的作用。结果表明,贝氏体组织的形成将导致屈服平台的消失;钢中铌的沉淀析出具有沉淀强化和晶粒细化的作用。

Abstract:Metallographic observation and transmission electron microscopy analysis were applied in investigating the effect of microstructure of 20MnSiNb steel on its yield behavior. And the effect of Nb in the steel was investigated. The results show that the existing of bainite in the steel leads to the disappearance of the yield stage. And the precipitation of Nb has the effect of precipitation hardening and grain refinement.
