摘    要:啤酒用糖浆是作为一种啤酒辅料,虽然在国外早已普遍使用,但在国内是近几年才渐受到重视的。本文主要介绍了啤酒用糖浆的分类、组分、特性和作用、生产概况以及最新的研究进展、实际应用情况和发展趋势。啤酒用糖浆具有可大大提高糖化和发酵设备利用率、降低成本、迅速扩大产能等优点,具有广阔的开发应用前景。

Abstract:As one of auxiliary materials,the Beer Syrup has been widely used in the Beer abroad. However, it taken into account in China for recently. This paper introduces the beer Syrup form all aspects, including its classification, composition, characteristics, the production, the research progress and the develop tendency, practices application in the Beer production. The application of Syrup could improve the utilization rate of saccharifying facilities and fermentatiaon . It reduce production cost and elevate output quickly. It has a bright application future.
