循环流化床风帽压力波动信号小波消噪分析

摘    要:压力波动现象是研究循环流化床气固两相流动特性的重要线索。提出了通过采集循环流化床风帽入口的压力波动信号,并利用小波分析理论对压力波动信号进行消噪处理。深入探讨了循环流化床在稳定运行工况和扰动工况下风帽压力波动信号的消噪结果。结果表明:基于小波分析的信号消噪方法,能很好地对循环流化床风帽压力波动信号进行有效的消噪。

Abstract:The pressure fluctuation is an important phenomenon to investigate the flow character of gas-solid two-phase in CFB.The paper presents to collect pressure fluctuation signals of wind cap,and uses the theory of wavelet analysis to de-noise pressure fluctuation signal.Pressure fluctuation signal de-noise result in the work condition of stable operation and disturbance are discussed in detail.The result indicates that the method of signal de-noise based on wavelet analysis can de-noise pressure fluctuation signal of wind cap in circulating fluidized bed well.
