基于93k的电平转换器测试方法及系统研究

摘    要:本文提出了一种TTL到ECL的电平转换器的测试方法及系统,该方法通过在测试系统的电源设置模块中添加辅助电源,并且对辅助电源的参数和管脚进行相应设置,然后将添加的辅助电源通过电阻分别连接到待测电平转换器的输出接口,使得测试系统能够满足待测电平转换器的测试需求,进而建立待测电平转换器的测试流程并在测试系统中选取相应的测试方法完成电平转换器的各项测试,提高了电平转换器性能测试的稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract:This paper presents a TTL-to-ECL level translator test method and system.The method adds an auxiliary power supply to the power supply module of the test system,sets accordingly the parameters and pins of the auxiliary power supply,and connects the auxiliary power supply to the output interfaces of the level translator to be tested by the resistors.The method makes the test system meet the test requirements of the level translator to be tested.Furthermore,the testflow of the level translator to be tested can be established and the corresponding test method can be selected in the test system to complete various tests of the level translator,which improves the stability and reliability for the level translator performance test.
