堆焊熔合区成分和组织分析

摘    要:利用电子探针,透射电镜对不锈钢堆焊熔合区的成分和组织进行了分析和研究,发现无论焊态还是焊后热处理态,熔合区中都存在一个马氏体组织带,熔合区铬、镍呈线性分布且存在一人成分梯度,焊后热处理碳在熔合区中集聚,从而熔合区出现大量碳化物析出。

Abstract:The composition and microstructure of the fusion zone between stainless steel and 2. 25Cr-lMo steel was analysed by means of TEM and EPMA. It was found that there was a concentration gradient of Cr and Ni and a martensite band in the fusion zone in both conditions, as-welded and after heat treatment. Heat treatment after weld caused carbon segregation in the fusion zone, resulted in carbide precipitation.
