摘    要:提出了一种分段式二维有限元的方法来计算盘式电机的磁场分布和电机的反电势,以代替三维有限元方法,提高电机设计的效率.分别对扇形磁钢、圆形磁钢无定子铁心结构的盘式电机进行分析、计算,并对二维有限元法计算结果与三维有限元法进行对比分析,并设计研制了一台扇形磁钢的样机,以验证分段式二维法有限元法的正确性.

Abstract:A segmental 2-dimensional(2D) finite-element method(FEM) to calculate the magnetic field distribution and EMF of axial flux permanent magnet(AFPM) Machines was presented in this paper,instead of the 3-demensional(3D) FEM.Air-cored AFPM motors with sector-shaped and circular-shaped magnets were calculated.Meanwhile,the results with 2D FEM were compared with those with 3D FEM.Finally,a prototype machine was manufactured to confirm the ualidity of the proposed 2D FEM.
