摘    要:采用ANSYS分析软件,针对KVC1050N立式加工中心分析了各部件之间刚性连接和柔性连接的两种振动模态。着重介绍了柔性连接时固定、滚动和滑动三类结合面特性的等效处理,分析了结合面对整机动态特性的影响;并将有限元分析结果与模态试验结果进行了对比,结果表明刚性连接的计算结果与试验值相差甚远,而柔性连接的计算结果与试验值比较吻合,进一步说明分析机床整机动态性能时不能忽略结合面的影响。最后在分析和试验结果的基础上指出了整机结构的薄弱环节,为后续的机床优化设计提供依据。

Abstract:Two vibration modals of a vertical machining center of KVC1050N type are analyzed for rigid connection and flexible connection between components using ANSYS in this paper,in which the equivalence of characteristics of fixed,rolling and sliding joints is emphasized,and the influence of joint faces on holistic dynamic characteristics is analyzed;Then the FEA results are compared with the modal testing value,which results show that the analysis for rigid connection is much different from the testing value,but the calculation for flexible connection is in accord with the testing value which shows the influence of joint faces can’t be ignored during analyzing the holistic dynamic characteristics.Depending on these,weakness tache of holistic structure is found out finally,which provide the basis for analyzing and optimal designing of the vertical machining center.
