摘    要:在对封头无胎冷旋压机机架进行受力分析的基础上,以分析软件ANSYS和建模软件SolidWorks为主要开发工具建立了在静态下的机架受力模型。基于组合机架的结构特点,分析并计算了机架上梁与预紧螺母之间的作用力。对旋压机机架施加载荷和约束,得到加载模型。经过有限元分析,计算了机身的强度和刚度,确定了危险点的位置,并对机架进行了拓扑优化分析。依据优化分析结果给出了具体的改进方案,得到了经优化后的机身结构,为旋压机整机的结构优化设计打下了良好基础。

Abstract:Based on analyzing the forces acting on the frame of the mouldless cold spinning machine for vessel end closures,a frame load-carrying model under static state was created using mainly the analytic software ANSYS and the simulation software SolidWorks.Based on the structural characteristics of the assembled frame,the acting force between the upper beam of the frame and the pre-tightening nut were analyzed and computed.And the loading model was obtained by applying the loads and constraints on the frame of the spinning machine.Then the strength and stiffness of the machine body was calculated,the location of the danger point was determined and topology optimization of the frame was carried out through finite element analysis.After that a specific improvement plan is proposed and the machine body structure is optimized according to the analysis results,which lays a good foundation for the optimized structural design of the whole spinning machine.
