摘    要:
饱水湿陷性黄土隧洞冒顶大塌方处理是一项疑难施工技术。甘肃引洮供水一期工程总干渠15号隧洞103+770处大塌方采用常规处理方法均失败,致使工程中断数月。最终通过尝试采用双层大管棚超前支护技术,将双层大管棚、双浆液固结灌浆以及预留核心土等技术措施在施工中综合应用,成功解决了这一难题,穿越了塌方体,施工工程中的变形观测显示,塌方段围岩稳定。

Abstract:
Saturated loess tunnel roof caving collapse treatment is a difficult construction technology.All the conventional treatment methods to deal with the 103+770 collapse of canal 15 in the first phase main canal of construction in Gansu YinTao Water Supply are failed,which lead to the suspension of the project for several months.The adoption of double-deck bassoon and advanced tent support technology,the comprehensive use of double-deck bassoon and double grout Consolidation grouting as well as reserve core soil,successfully solve the sticky problem,collapse body is passed through,deformation observed values show that surrounding rock is stable in cave-in section
