天津现代城超深基坑降水与土方开挖施工技术

摘    要:以天津现代城工程为例,根据基坑围护体系和4道对撑角撑结合边桁架支撑体系特点,采用新工艺SVD超强真空降水井和"中心岛"式、盆式开挖相结合的施工方法。对SVD井与普通疏干水井进行了对比,阐述了超深基坑降水与土方开挖施工技术。监测结果表明,各项数据均在正常范围,有效缩短了工期,取得良好效果。

Abstract:Based on Tianjin Modern City project,according to characteristics of foundation excavation support system,new technologies of SVD vacuum dewatering well as well as the combined method of central island excavation and basin excavation are adopted.The author compares SVD well and normal well,expounds construction scheme of dewatering and excavation.Monitoring results show that various data are in normal range and construction period is shortened,good effects are obtained.
