摘    要:以某高层住宅楼地基处理工程为例,介绍了在深厚湿陷性黄土场地上采用DDC工法结合桩基础的地基处理方法。该方法首先采用DDC工法消除地基湿陷性,经检测满足设计要求后,在形成的复合地基上进行桩基础的设计与施工。室内试验结果表明,湿陷性黄土地基经DDC工法处理后其湿陷性基本消除;同时单桩竖向抗压静力载荷试验结果表明,桩基础的承载力与沉降量均达到设计要求,并表现出摩擦桩的特性。

Abstract:Based on some high-rise residential building foundation project,the authors introduce the effect that pile foundation in conjunction with DDC pile in collapsible loess ground on the first.First,the method uses DDC pile eliminating ground collapsible,testing and meeting the design requirements.Pile foundation is designed and built on the formation of composite foundation.Laboratory test results indicate that the collapsible has been almost eliminated after DDC pile,while the bearing capacity and settlement of pile foundations meet design requirements and show characteristics of friction piles by results of static loading test.
