| 摘 要： | 以深圳机场T3航站楼工程实例,介绍了整体通高三维曲面清水混凝土钢骨柱的特点,根据其特点进行钢筋加工、模板设计与安装和清水混凝土质量控制全过程,并对清水钢模的设计与拆除及清水混凝土Y型柱养护与成品保护过程中一些问题和常用方法进行探讨.通过该技术的应用,确保了三维曲面清水混凝土柱的施工效果,极大地改进了施工方法、施工工艺,大大缩短了工期,节省了成本.

| Abstract: | Combined with the characteristics of SRC column with overall three-dimensional surface of Shenzhen Airport Terminal 3 project,the total process of reinforced machining,formwork design and installation,and quality control of fair-faced concrete are described.The design and demolition of steel formwork,the maintenance and protection of Y-shaped column of fair-faced concrete are discussed.The result shows that the effect of fair-faced concrete with three-dimensional surface is ensured,the construction method and process are improved,and the construction period and cost are also saved. |
