高层建筑悬空结构模板支撑体系施工技术

摘    要:贵州省委办公业务大楼在16层部分设计为悬空楼板结构,平面尺寸8m×8m,其下净空高度达到64.8m。通过在下层结构搭设组合钢平台作为上部悬空结构模板体系的支撑,取代了传统的钢管扣件式满堂脚手架,顺利完成上部结构施工。重点介绍了预埋件埋设、悬挑防护棚搭设、钢平台安装、模板安装等施工工艺。不仅施工方便、安全可靠,还节约了大量的周转料具、降低了劳动强度,取得了较好的技术经济和社会效益。

Abstract:The suspended structure in the 16th floor of Guizhou provincial party committee office building is 64.8 meters above ground,whose plan size is 8m×8m.By installing the combinational steel platform in the next layer instead of traditional fastener steel tube full scaffold as the formwork support system for the above structure,the construction is much more convenient and safer.Authors not only complete the construction work,but also save working materials.The construction technologies of embedded parts setting,laying cantilever protection canopy,steel platform installation,formwork installation and so on are introduced in detail.This technology can reduce labor intensity and security risks with significant technical economical benefits and social benefits.
