工具式钢管支模架承载力的理论计算和试验验证

摘    要:针对工具式钢管支模架体系的特点,深入分析了单管承载力的理论计算内容,包括工具式钢管容许承载力的计算,以及与48mm×3.5mm钢管立杆的承载力的比较;详细介绍了工具式单根钢管的承载力试验情况;并重点探讨了多杆组合的承载力试验,包括支模架试验方案的确定,对试验结果进行了分析和总结。事实表明,工具式钢管支模架体系具有受力合理、安全可靠、提高工效的特点。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of tool-style tubular steel formwork-supports,the authors analyze the theoretical calculation of bearing capacity with single tube,including the calculation of allowable bearing capacity for tool-style steel tube,and the comparison with 48mm×3.5mm steel tube pole;the authors introduce bearing capacity test of single tool-style steel tube,and discuss bearing capacity test for multi pole assembly,including the determination of test scheme for formwork-supports,the test results are analyzed and summarized.Facts show that tool-style tubular steel formwork-supports system whose force is reasonable is safe,the work efficiency is improved.
