扣件式钢管斜撑架在大跨度悬挑屋架中的设计与施工

摘    要:通过对C4工业厂房项目工程的实例分析,详尽地介绍了利用普通48mm×3.5mm钢管及普通扣件,搭设该工程大跨度外挑屋架的操作防护架、模板斜撑架技术。针对外挑屋架的结构特点,分别对其施工安排、技术要求、施工要点、经济分析以及受力计算等方面内容进行了阐述。实践证明,该斜撑架的设计较常规采用的型钢悬挑脚手架,不仅工效得以提高,而且很大程度地降低了脚手架措施费用。

Abstract:Based on example analysis of industrial building C4 engineering,the authors introduce operation technique of protective frame and formwork inclined strut during erecting large-span cantilever roof truss by 48mm×3.5mm steel pipe and common fastener.Combined with structural characteristics of cantilever roof truss,the authors describe the following contents: construction arragnement,technical requirements,construction points,economic analysis,stress calculation,and so on.The practice shows that using inclined strut can improve effect and reduce cost compared with steel suspended scaffold.
