高校医院社会化改革初探

高校医院是在计划经济时期特定的历史条件下形成的医疗机构 ,其主要任务是保障高校教职工和学生的身体健康。随着医疗体制改革的不断深入 ,为适应社会主义市场经济 ,高校医院从高校中分离乃大势所趋。但根据《学校卫生工作条件》的要求 ,高校医院的服务特点之一是预防为主 ,防治结合 ,保障学生的身体健康 ,为学生创造一个良好的学习和生活环境。因此 ,社会化不是简单地由高校举办转为地方政府举办 ,而是需要全新的思路 ,需要一个较长的过程。应积极探索适合中国国情的高校医院社会化的多种选择和途径

A Study of the Communalization of College Hospitals

College hospitals,like any hospitals attached to companies, are constructed and developed in the state planning oriented economic system to serve the staff and students.With the further reform of the medical system,and in order to meet the socialist market economy,college hospital should be separated from the college and be independent from the company attached.Meanwhile,the service departments have been successfully communalized.In this context,the communalization of college hospital is under its way.However,besides medical service,college hospital also prevent diseases and develop a healthy university environment,which is different from company hospitals.So its reform needs further study and more research.This paper will look at the possible approaches and options in the process of college hospital communalization.
