矩形油缸预应力缠绕曲面的优化设计

摘    要:在分析液压机的油缸结构的基础上,认为矩形油缸具有极好的工艺适应性,具有有效工作面积大、载荷传递路径短等优点,但存在应力应变问题严重等缺点。通过选用高强钢丝预应力缠绕结构和对预应力缠绕油缸不同的缠绕曲面进行计算,得出了最佳的缠绕曲面为椭圆结构,并通过力学分析,提出了矩形油缸椭圆缠绕曲面的设计准则。

Abstract:Rectangular Oil Cylinder (ROC)owns excellent process adaptability based on analysing the structure of hydraulic oil cylinder Although the ROC has some disadvantages as heavy stress and large deformation, it has many advantages such as large effective working space and short load transmission route The prestressed wire winded structure with high tensile steel wires is perfect to protect the ROC Defining the Ratio of Load and Mass, wire winded curved surface has been judged, and the optimal is ellipse At last, the design rule of elliptical wire winded curved surface of ROC is presented through mechanical analysis
