| 摘 要： | 介绍了广西贵糖(集团)股份有限公司年产6.8万t蔗渣制浆生产线进行变频调速技术改造的情况。实践表明,采用变频调速系统后,控制精度达到了制浆工艺的要求,可提高成品浆的合格率,延长设备使用寿命,减少二次维修费用,并取得良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The bagasse pulping line with 68000 t/a capacity of Guangxi Guitang Group Co Ltd was rebuilt with the frequency conversion velocity modulation technology. The production practice indicated that, after using the frequency conversion velocity modulation system, the control precision could meet the pulping system requirement, the qualified rate of end product is increased, the equipment service life is extended and the equipment maintenance cost is reduced, the good economic efficiency is achieved.. |
