延迟焦化装置炉管结焦原因分析及预防措施

摘    要:加热炉炉管结焦是影响延迟焦化装置长周期运行的主要因素,对加热炉炉管结焦的原因进行了分析,包括原料性质、炉管壁温度、原料在炉管中的流动状态、焦粉携带、加热炉火嘴燃烧状况以及原料预混情况对炉管结焦的影响,通过采取改善原料性质、控制合适的炉管壁温度、改善原料在炉管内的流动状态、防止焦粉携带、保证火嘴燃烧正常等措施,达到了加热炉长周期安全运行的目的。

Abstract:Furnace tubes coking is the major factor which affects the long period operation of delayed coking unit. The causes of the furnace pipe coking are analyzed including raw material properties, temperature of furnace wall, flow state of raw materials in the furnace pipe, coke powder carry, the condition of fire burning and pre-mixture of raw material, etc. Some measures such as improving the properties and flow state of raw materials, controlling temperature of furnace wall, avoiding coke powder carry and maintaining nor- mal combustion are adopted, and purpose of safety and long period operation of furnace pipe is achieved.
