摘    要:介绍了一种利用IGBT作为开关器件,可用于感应加热的单端E类软开关逆变器;分析了它的工作原理;给出频率为20kHz,输出功率达6kW时的系统相关参数.为了提高开关的耐压级数,该逆变器采用两个IGBT的串联.此外还分析了因串联IGBT开关不一致所引起的串联均压问题,并探讨了解决办法.最终给出了系统的仿真及实验结果.

Abstract:This paper presents a single ended class-E soft switch inverter with IGBT as its switching component and analyzes its work circumstances.The performance parameters of the system are given with 6kW output power at 20kHz.This inverter uses series connected IGBTs as the switch in order to raise the voltage capacity.The analysis based on this class-E is given about the problem of voltage-sharing on its series connected IGBTs when their driving signals are not in-phase and the solution is also presented.In the end the simulative and experimental results are given.
