| 摘 要： | 在分析我国发电设备企业技术转移方式和技术创新能力要素的基础上,重点分析了技术转移对我国发电设备企业技术创新能力的影响,认为通过技术转移,调整人力资源、组织整合能力、信息流动和技术基础在发电设备企业技术能力所占的比重,能够提高发电设备企业的技术水平和技术能力,进而达到提升发电设备企业技术创新能力,并最终实现自主创新的目的,具体的提升路径有两条:追随式提升路径和嵌入式提升路径。
