基于SolidEdge的管道设计系统建模方法

摘    要:针对用SolidEdge进行管道设计实体建模时,在某些条件下无法直接建立参考面以及在管道设计环境下无法识别参考面上的某些二维图素对象等问题,提出了解决的方法并以示例详细说明。该方法把管线抽象为两圆锥曲面的交线,求出其端点坐标,依据其坐标建立参考面;再把参考面上的二维点变换为可被识别的三维点,从而提高了建模效率。所介绍的方法对于基于草图平面进行实体建模的三维实体软件都适用。

Abstract:For solving the problems of not being able to set up the reference planes under some conditions and not being able to recognise some two-dimention objects in the XpresRoute environment of SolidEdge,additional functions for defining the centerline of piping layout are implemented to accelerate the design process.The methods are introduced in detail through examples: abstract the pipelines as the intersection lines,calculate the coordinates of their endpoints and set up the reference planes according to the coordinates.The methods can be used to all solid modeling software that use sketches to set up the solid models.
