600MW超临界机组非线性模型的仿真研究

摘    要:基于某电厂600 MW超临界机组控制系统,选取一个三输入两输出的机组控制系统模型,在此基础上利用Matlab软件仿真工具Simulink搭建起整个机组协调控制系统模型。通过对机组主蒸汽压力、主蒸汽流量、调速级一级压力、机组功率等参数实际运行曲线与仿真模型的仿真曲线相比较,仿真模型各参数曲线与机组实际运行曲线基本吻合,具有典型的非线性特征。此模型的建立也为相关内容的研究提供了借鉴。

Abstract:Research on the 600 MW nonlinear simulation model is focus on the power industry researchers, Simulation model build unit is helpful to research unit dynamic characteristics and nonlinear. Based on the control system of a power plant 600 MW supercritical units, Selecting a three input two output unit control system model, Based on the Matlab software simulation tool Simulink, By comparing curve of the actual running of the unit main steam pressure, steam flow, pressure, speed level power parameters and the simulation curve simulation model, The actual operation parameters curve and unit simulation model basically the same, has a typical characteristic of nonlinearity. The establishment of this model provides reference for study of relevant content.
