风力发电机叶片固有振动特性的有限元分析

摘    要:
以一农用风力机叶片为例,应用有限元方法对叶片进行了合理的简化,建立了叶片的振动方程.同时应用大型有限元分析软件AN SY S对其振动进行了分析,考虑了挥舞振动、摆振振动和扭转振动等3种情况,分别计算了实心和空心叶片的前十阶固有频率和振型,且对空心和实心叶片进行了比较.分析了各阶固有频率和振型的特点以及不同形式的振动对叶片的不利影响,分析方法和结果对风力发电机的结构设计和进一步动力分析有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:
Inherent mode is very important in dynamical analysis and the result of inherent mode analysis can be used as criterion of many dynamic characteristics as well as basic date of further analysis.Taking the blade of a wind turbine as an example,which is been considered as a cantilever and the equation of dynamic for blade is established by FEM.Dynamic characteristics of the blade are analyzed using ANSYS.In the calculation,the vibration of the blade is divided into three kinds of vibrations,such as flap,flutter and torsion.The first 10 inherencies and modal figures are given.The characteristics of natural frequency and mode shape,and the disadvantageous effect of the different mode shapes on the blade vibration mode are analyzed.The analysis is helpful for dynamic analysis of wind turbine.
