大孔聚氯乙烯树脂负载H_3PMo_(12)O_(40)杂多酸催化剂的研究

摘    要:以大孔PVC树脂为载体,采用简易的方法制备出了新型杂多酸H3PMo12O40催化剂,并测定了其不同负载量的比表面积、表面形貌、表面酸度和表面酸强度,研究了其负载过程中的结构变化及对乙酸丁脂合成反应的催化活性。结果表明,H3PMo12O40负载于大孔PVC树脂后,与PVC在一定程度上发生了键合作用,呈多孔状态,比表面积增大;仍然表现出与H3PMo12O40相似的固体强酸性质,在给定条件下的乙酸、正丁醇合成乙酸丁脂的探针反应中,正丁醇的转化率提高了45%~63%,增幅达到169%~237%,催化活性大幅度提高;大孔PVC树脂适合作为H3PMo12O40的载体。

Abstract:A new type of catalyst was gained by loading Keggin heteropoly acids H_3PMo_(12)O_(40)onto PVC resin.The specific surface areas,SEM image,surface acidity and surface acidic strength with different loading of H_3PMo_(12)O_(40) were determined.And also change of the catalyst structure was studied during the loading process of H_3PMo_(12)O_(40) on PVC resin.The results indicated that H_3PMo_(12)O_(40) and PVC were bound to a certain extent.The specific surface area was increased and the SEM image was shown porous when loading H_3PMo_(12)O_(40) onto PVC resin.The surface acidity and surface acidic strength of the catalyst was similar to H_3PMo_(12)O_(40).The catalyst showed good catalytic activity characterized with esterification of HOAc and CH_3(CH_2)_3OH.The transformation ratio of CH_3(CH_2)_3OH increased by 45%~63%,the degree of increased may up to 169%~237%.In summary,the PVC resin with large porosity is a good carrier to the H_3PMo_(12)O_(40).
