新型偶联剂改性玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料的研究

摘    要:本文以硅烷偶联剂KH-560和硬脂酸为原料,通过阴离子开环反应合成出一种新的偶联剂,并将这种新型偶联剂用于玻纤增强聚丙烯。研究结果表明:这种新型偶联剂能够在玻璃纤维与聚丙烯之间引入化学键舍,明显提高了界面的粘结能力,并且使得复合材料的力学性能显著提高。

Abstract:The modification of KH-560 was studied in this paper. Active group was grafted by excessive KH-560 and stearic acid with a catalyst of KOH in the mechanism of anionic ring opening polymerization, which was applicatable to glass fiber reinforced PP Composites. The testing results indicated that active group was successfully grafted and chemical bond was introduced into the glass fiber reinforced PP composites, which remarkably improved the ability of interfacial adhesion and mechanical property.
