摘    要:对轿车差速器锥齿轮的冷摆辗成形过程进行三维刚塑性有限元模拟和实验研究,利用三维有限元软件-DEFORM模拟其成形过程中的金属流动充填规律和变形力学特征,揭示了其精密成形过程的变形机理。数值模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合。

Abstract:The cold rotary forging forming process of car differential bevel gear was simulated by FEM,and was researched through experiment. The deformation process was simulated with finite element method software-DEFORM,the metal flow and filling regularity and character of mechanics field were obtained. The deformation mechanism of gear precise forming was disclosed. The result is basically consistent between numerical simulation and experiment.
