摘    要:提出用计算软件求等效端淬距离的方法。首次提出了淬透性敏感区间的概念 ;计算机模拟了长圆棒一维和端淬试样二维的非线性瞬态温度场 ;以淬透性敏感区间内的冷却时间相同为冷速判据 ,得出了直接计算等效端淬距离的算法 ;并按圆棒的直径分段回归了等效端淬距离与圆棒直径、淬火烈度的关系式。用等效硬度法对推出的分段等效端淬距离公式进行了校验。

Abstract:A novel way to calculate the Equivalent Distance of the Jominy test sample by software was presented,and the concept of Hardenability Sensitive Temperature Range was forwarded for the first time.The nonlinear transient temperature fields of the long cylinder sample and the Jominy sample were simulated.The algorithm of calculating the equivalent distance of the Jominy sample was deduced by making use of the same cooling time in the Hardenability Sensitive Temperature Range as the cooling criterion.The relationship among the equivalent distance,the sample diameter and the quenching intensity was regressed according to different diameter range of the cylinder sample.The deduced model was tested by the equivalent hardness method.
