在NKC-1A固体酸催化剂上合成丙二醇醚类的研究

摘    要:研究了环氧丙烷与脂肪醇在 NKC-1A 固体酸催化剂上合成丙二醇醚类的反应。结果表明,NKC-1A 催化剂在室温下,对合成丙二醇醚类具有较高的活性,测定了该催化剂的活化能。反应温度和空速对环氧丙烷的转化率影响不大。

Abstract:The synthesis of propyleneglycol ethers by reaction of propylene oxide with lower aliphatic alcohols on solid acid NKC-1A catalyst were studied.The activity of NKC-1A catalyst for synthesis of propyleneglycol ethers is high under room temperature.The activation energy of NKC-1A catalyst was determined.The influence of reaction temperature and WHSV on conversion of propylene oxide is not appreciable.
