摘    要:基于有限元软件ANSYS建立了包括中箱体、花板、下立柱、横梁和灰斗等在内的某大型袋式除尘器结构的三维有限元模型,对除尘器结构强度进行了热力场仿真计算,给出了中箱体和灰斗的应力、应变等云图。分析了中箱体板结构分别采用压型钢板和平板加劲的变形规律及控制变形能力,提出了中箱体箱板的结构优化途径,为大型袋式除尘器工程设计和箱板优化提供了快速且经济的研究手段。

Abstract:The three-dimension solid and finite element model of the greatness pulsation bag style dust catcher structure , including middle case, sieve pore, lower column, beam and ash bucket was built based general finite analytic software ANSYS. Stress contour and strain contour of middle case and ash bucket were plotted. This paper analyses deformation rules and control capability of profiled steel sheeting and stiffened elements concretely, and bring forward optimization measure of the board of middle case, which would offer a rapid and cheap means for design of large pulse bag type dust remover and the optimization of the board of middle case.
