抛物面反射镜同轴控制技术的研究

摘    要:为了实现对导弹导引头红外跟踪系统中抛物面反射主镜的装配角度进行监控和调试,提出了一种通过电荷耦合器件接收抛物面反射镜的聚焦光斑,同时旋转抛物面镜,采集光斑重心位置信息,并利用最小二乘法对光斑重心轨迹进行拟合,从而计算出光轴与结构中心轴之间的偏心角的实现方案。对实现方案进行了理论分析和实验验证,不同于通常的透射聚焦镜关系,得到该环状抛物面反射主镜的装配偏心角α与焦斑重心轨迹圆半径R间的线性关系式中的系数为1.13。结果表明,该系统能够应用于对抛物面反射主镜装配角度的测试和监控。

Abstract:In the missile seeker infrared tracking system, the parabolic mirror is one of the important components.Thus the very high demand is put forward to its assembly and test.In order to achieve the setting up angle should be monitored and debugged, a new approach is brought up. With the CCD receiving the focusing spot of parabolic mirror, while rotating the parabolic mirror, collecting the focusing spot location information, the eccentric angle between the optical axis and the structural central axis could be found. System principle and design have been studied.The experimental results meet the need to test and monitor to the setting up angle of the discal parabolic mirror.
