高效液相色谱法测定硝基苯胺类化合物

建立高效液相色谱法同时测定硝基苯胺类化合物（2-硝基苯胺、3-硝基苯胺、4-硝基苯胺和2,4-二硝基苯胺）的方法。废水中硝基苯胺类化合物用乙醚萃取，色谱柱为ODS2 C18（250 mm×4.6 mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水（65∶35，体积比），柱温25℃，紫外检测波长228 nm。在此实验条件下，同时测定了废水中4种硝基苯胺类化合物，各组分分离较好，且线性关系良好。该方法操作简单，结果准确，重现性好，可用于工业废水的监测。

Determination of Nitroaniline Isomers by HPLC

The determination method of nitroaniline isomers （2-nitroaniline, 3-nitroaniline, 4-nitroaniline, 2, 4-dinitroaniline） in wa-ter by HPLC was described. Nitroaniline isomers in water was extracted with ether, and the chromatographic system was as followed：chromatographic column ODS2 C18（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5.0 μm）, used methanol-water（65∶35, volume ratio） solution as fluid phase, flow rate 1.0 mL/min, temperature 25℃ and UV 228 nm. It had good separation with the four compounds of nitroaniline iso-mers under the experimental conditions, and there was good linearity between the concentrations of nitroaniline compounds and the peak areas.
