摘    要:介绍了全液压矫直机数学模型的分析、推导和建立,对力反馈伺服控制系统的一般PID算法提出改进,提出带死区的PID控制算法,并对两种算法做了比较、分析,指出带死区PID控制算法的优势。

Abstract:This paper introduced the derivation and establishment of the mathematical model for full hydraulic straightener .A PID algorithm with dead zone was brought forward to improve the general PID algorithm about the force feedback servo control system . The advantages of the PID algorithm with dead zone were pointed out by comparison between the two algorithms .
