摘 要: | ![]() 运用多柔性体理论和方法,结合混凝土泵车臂架系统三维模型,在臂架系统刚性模型的基础上,建立了其刚柔耦合模型;应用ADAMS软件分别对混凝土泵车臂架系统的刚性模型和刚柔耦合模型进行动力学仿真研究。并通过结果对比发现,刚柔耦合模型的末端轨迹和油缸受力更接近于实际情况,从而为臂架系统的设计改良提供了新的思路。

Abstract: | ![]() Based on the rigid model of boom system of a concrete pump truck,the rigid-flexible model of the boom system was set up by using the multi-flexible body theory and design method.The ADAMS software was applied to do dynamic simulation on the rigid model and rigid-flexible model of the concrete mixer boom.The results show that the end track of the rigid-flexible model is more closer to the reality.So the research provids a new thought for the improvement of the boom system. |
