威海发电厂1号机5号瓦轴向振动的处理

摘    要:威海电厂1号机5号轴瓦自小修后轴向振动明显增加且超标,利用停机过程中对5号轴瓦进行了较全面的振动测量并进行了各种振动试验。对测得的各种数据及分析图表研究后,认为该异常振故障主要由5号轴瓦的状态不好及该轴承座的支撑系统有一定的刚度下降现象所共同引起的。根据诊断及检查结果处理后,机组的异常振动消失,达到部颁优良水平。

Dealing with the abnormal axial vibration of the NO.5 bearing of the set № 1 in Huaneng Weihai power plant
Abstract:The axial vibration amplitude of the No.5 bearing of the turbine generator set № 1 in Weihai power plant after a periodic repair increased obviously and exceeded the tolerance. The comprehensive vibration measuring and the various vibration testing for the bearing were performed in the shutdown process.After researching the various data and the analyzing diagram, We considered that abnormal vibration fault was caused by poor fixing condition of the No.5 bearing and the stiffness of the support system of the bearing decreasing somewhat. We handle this fault as above,the abnormal vibration of the set disappeared.
