摘    要:传统的射孔丢枪管柱在射孔作业中,尤其是高温高压长井段射孔作业中,有时会出现丢枪失败或卡枪问题。在常用射孔管柱的点火丢枪装置中,点火结构置于释放结构之上,且呈一体结构,这种结构存在一些局限,例如组件结构设计复杂、密封性较高、长点火传递行程存在影响自动释放的结构动作等; 现有的射孔管柱采用刚性连接,整个射孔枪管柱与井壁或套管内壁呈刚性接触,在井眼不规则的情况下,摩擦阻力较大,发生卡枪的几率较大。通过重新设计射孔管柱中关键组件结构、增加补救设计、改变管柱系统连接刚度等方法,设计了一种新的射孔管柱。关键组件通过性能测试和分析计算,达到设计要求。

Abstract:For conventional perforating and automatic gun dropping string used in perforating operation,the problems of failure in gun dropping or gun sticking happen sometimes,especially in high temperature,high pressure and long hole section perforation operation.Because ignition component is put above gun dropping device as an integral structure in conventional string,there are some limitations,such as structure complexity,high sealing requirements,long ignition transmission distance,which can influence smooth automatic release.In addition,the existing perforating string is connected with rigid steel joints,such connection could bring rigid contact between the perforating string and borehole wall or inner wall of casing in irregular borehole conditions,and result in large friction resistance and high probability of occurrence of gun sticking.A new perforation and gun release string is put forward by redesigning the key components,adding the remedial device and changing the string connection way.The test and analysis results of key components meet the requirements of perforating operation.
