小井眼循环压耗精确计算方法研究及应用

由于小井眼与常规的井眼存在很大的差别,原有的计算普通钻井井眼循环压耗的模型在计算小井眼循环压耗时存在误差。为了能够准确地计算出小井眼的循环压耗,除了考虑钻柱偏心、钻柱旋转和钻具接头对循环压耗的影响外,还要考虑压力和温度对小井眼循环压耗的影响。在原有循环压耗计算公式的基础上提出了精确计算小井眼循环压耗的模型。实例计算表明,其误差小于5%,满足钻井工程需要。

Research and Application of Consumption Calculation Method for Slim-hole Cyclic Pressure

The big difference is in slim-hole drilling and conventional drilling,the original cyclic pressure consumption calculation models of conventional wells have been error in calculation the slim-hole cyclic pressure consumption.In order to be able to accurately calculate the slim-hole cyclic pressure consumption based on consideration of eccentric drill string,drill string rotation,drilling joints of circulating cyclic pressure consumption influence,but also consider the pressure and temperature of the slim-hole cyclic pressure consumption.In the existing circulating cyclic pressure consumption formula proposed on the precise model of slim-hole cyclic pressure consumption model.Example calculation shows that the error is less than 5%,which can meet the needs of drilling engineering.
