超大管径海底管道长距离登陆拖拉技术研究

摘    要:针对超大管径海底管道长距离登陆拖拉技术,分别从安装方法、计算分析、数值修正等方面进行了研究。对大管径海底管道长距离拖拉与常规海管拖拉进行比较,重点分析了设计及施工中的难点,并在施工方法及设计原理上提出了解决措施。对于混合拖拉法,采用有限元方法对管道拖拉过程中的局部弯曲形变及屈曲校核进行了数值模拟和分析,有效规避了拖拉过程中弯曲变形对海管局部屈曲产生的不利影响。针对超大管径管道在DNV规范中的适用性进行了研究,并对DNV所推荐校核方法进行了修正。为超大管径海底管道长距离登陆拖拉的设计及施工提供技术支持。

Abstract:The subsea pipeline landfall pulling technology for huge diameter and long distance from the aspects of installation method,calculation and value modification are introduced in this paper.Subsea pipeline landfall pulling technology with huge diameter and long distance is compared with normal pulling,and the challenge of design and installation for subsea pipeline landfall pulling technology with huge diameter and long distance is investigated deeply.The measure is supplied for installation method and design principle.For integrated pulling method,local bending and buckling during pipeline pulling is analyzed by FEA to avoid the local buckling which is caused by bending.The application for the pipeline with huge diameter for DNV code has been investigated,and the method of modification is supplied for the local buckling check based on DNV code.This paper provides the support in technology of design and installation for subsea pipeline landfall pulling technology with huge diameter and long distance.
