摘    要:11-氨基-3-氯-6,11-二氢-5,5-二氧代-6-甲基-二苯并c,f]1,2]硫氮杂(1)是合成噻萘普汀的一个重要中间体。以4-氯-2-磺酰氯-苯甲酸甲酯和N-甲基苯胺为原料,经过缩合、水解、环合、还原、氯代和氨化共6步反应,得到产品1,总收率46.6%。1的结构经1HNMR,IR和MS确证。

Abstract:11 -Amino-3 -chloro-6,11 -dihydro-5,5 -dioxo-6-methyl-dibenzo c, f] 1,2 ] thiazepine ( 1 ) is a significant intermediate for the synthesis of Tianeptine. 1 was synthesized from methyl 4-chloro-2-(chlorosulfonyl) -benzoate and N-methyl aniline in six steps in an overall yield of 46.6%. The structure of the product was confirmed with IR, MS and ^ 1H NMR.
