| Abstract: | In recent years,the area of diplomatic protection has been the subject of much work by the ILC,who produced a set of Draft Articles on Diplomatic Protection in 2006.So it is important to research on Draft Articles on Diplomatic Protection in order to protest our country's nationals whose rights were infringed upon by another country for violating international law in accordance with general international law.The nationality,shareholders' protection,exhaustion of local remedies and so on according to Draft Articles on Diplomatic Protection are discussed in the paper. |
