| 摘 要： | 用于钢管生产的定径机 ,其机架在使用中因腐蚀、磨损、损坏而报废 ,如何低成本维修 ,延长机架使用寿命 ,是降低生产成本的措施之一。介绍了采用高分子复合材料修复机架轴承座孔的工艺流程 ,修复定位要点及修复效果。

| Abstract: | For steel tube reducing mill,mill stands are inevitably scrapped due to corrosion,wear and damage,etc.One of the actions to reduce production costs is cost-effective maintenance of mill stands to prolong service life thereof.The paper involves issues of repairing stand bearing block hole with high-molecular complex material,including process flow,tips for positioning for the repair and result of the repair. |
