基于模糊综合评判的装备维修过程质量研究

摘    要:目前装备维修质量主要局限于修后质量的评估,而对保证修后质量的维修过程却很少关注.针对上述现状将维修过程分为3大维修工序,构建了影响维修过程质量的评价指标体系,最后又以某机械装备为例,运用模糊综合评判的原理,结合AHP和专家打分法,建立了装备维修过程质量的模糊综合评判模型,进一步验证了所构建指标体系的科学性和实用性.

Abstract:Currently,the equipment maintenance quality is mainly limited to the quality assessment after repair,gives little attention on repair process.In response to it,the paper divides the maintenance process into three major maintenance works,builds the evaluation index system that affects the quality of the maintenance process,and finally establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for equipment maintenance process quality by taking a machinery equipment as an example,using the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and combining the AHP and method of expert scoring,to further validate the scientificity and practicability of the constructed index system.
